Omaha Hi-Lo (also known as Omaha/8 or better) is frequently viewed as one of the most difficult but favored poker variations. Omaha hi/lo begins like a regular game of Omaha. Four cards are dealt to every player. Contrasted to Texas Hold ‘Em, in which the board can be everyone’s hand, in Omaha hi low the player has to use precisely three cards on the board, and precisely 2 hole cards. The low hand takes half of the pot, as just like the higher hand. When there’s no lower hand available, the high hand wins the complete pot.
It may seem complicated initially, following a couple of hands you will be agile enough to pick up on the base subtleties of play easily enough.
